Professional bartending starts at $950

Our Red Cannon Essentials package is the foundation of every event we serve. Starting at $950, it includes up to five hours of reception bartending service for up to 60 guests with one professional bartender, along with many of the essentials needed to get your bar ready for service.

BEER & WINE SERVICE

Our Red Cannon Essentials package can be used for beer and wine service without requiring an additional mixer package. It's a great fit for hosts and venues looking for efficient, professional service without a full cocktail menu.

SIGNATURE COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE

Make the drinks part of your celebration. Choose 2-4 signature cocktails, and we can provide the mixers and garnishes needed for your selected drinks. From wedding cocktails named after the couple's pets to themed drinks for birthdays and special celebrations, this is one of our most popular ways to personalize the bar. 

Signature Package starting at +$3 per guest. Final pricing may vary depending on cocktail ingredients and complexity. 

FULL BAR EXPERIENCE

Give your guests more choices. Our Mixer Package provides mixers for a broader full-bar cocktail selection, making it a great choice for events where guests will be ordering a variety of mixed drinks throughout the celebration. This package also provides your non-alcoholic drinking guests or underaged guests with juice and soft drink options.

Mixer Package starting at +$6 per guest. 

BUILD IT BIGGER

What comes with Red Cannon Bar Company?

Hiring a bartender should mean more than having someone show up with a bottle opener. We work with you before your event to understand your bar, your guests, your venue, and the experience you want to create. When you book Red Cannon, you're getting the planning and infrastructure behind the bar, not just the person standing behind it. 

PROFESSIONAL BARTENDING

Your event is staffed based on your total guest count, with one bartender for evey group of 60 guests. That means up to 60 guests require one bartender, 61-120 requires two, 121-180 requires three, and so on. 

All of our staff are TIPS &/or ABC- Certified in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.

Additional bartenders are +$300 each.

THE BAR SETUP

We'll bring The Highbury bar and workstation(s) with tablecloths, along with professional bartending tools and coolers needed for service. 

Want something more prominent for your event? A portable bar or additional/satellite bar setup can be added to your estimate.

GARNISHES & DISPOSABLE BARWARE

Red Cannon Essentials includes our standard fresh garnishes such as lemons, limes, oranges, mint, and cherries, along with disposable cups, cocktail napkins, straws, and other standard barware used during service. 

Specialty garnishes outside our standard Red Cannon Essentials offerings, such as pineapple & pineapple fronds, strawberries, tajin, grapefruit, jalapeños, etc. can be coordinated separately.

There isn't one perfect formula that works for every event. A 100-person summer wedding with signature cocktails may have completely different needs than a 100-person winter reception serving primarily beer and wine. Guest preferences, event length, bar style, signature drinks, and even the type of celebration can influence what gets consumed. That's why every Red Cannon event includes a personalized alcohol shopping guide. We'll work with you to build a recommended shopping list around your event, taking into consideration guest count, length of bar service, beverage menu, and what you know about your guests' drinking preferences. Instead of simply handing you a generic "one drink per person per hour" formula, we'll help you think through the actual bar you're planning. 

Our goal isn't to tell you to buy as much as possible. It's to help you purchase confidently, arrived prepared, and reduce unnecessary overbuying while still having enough for your guests. Because alcohol is purchased and supplied by the client, final purchasing decisions remain with the host. Our shopping guide is a planning recommendation rather than a guarantee of actual consumption. Quantities are based on TIPS-certified bartending standards used by Red Cannon Bar Company across real worked events. Actual consumption varies by crowd, weather, venue, and service style. Always consult your venue's alcohol policies before purchasing. Every event is unique and every crowd drinks differently.

60 round-trip miles are on us

Red Cannon Bar Company proudly serves events throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Your first 60 round-trip driving miles are included with Red Cannon Essentials. For events beyond that distance, additional travel is calculated at $2 per mile beyond the included 60 miles. Billable mileage is rounded up to the next whole mile. 

Simply enter your venue's full adress into our estimator and we'll calculate the estimated driving distance automatically. Events requiring more than 200 round-trip miles may require a custom travel arrangement.
